The sign reads:
Welcome to Circle Drive
Neighborhood Association
Working together for a Better Neighborhood
Mayor Don Williamson

This sign was posted in a quaint grassy field in a quiet little neighborhood on Flint's south side. That is one of two signs in the local vicinity, which seems to raise a good question. Where are the rest of the Don's happy little neighborhood signs?

"The city of Flint is like a church. You know, in a church, there's two, or three, or four factions that want to run the church. In the city of Flint, you got about 2,500 factions that want to run the church, but they're not gonna run the city as long as I'm here." - The Don

Wow. Just wow. I mean, even his analogies suck.
